Third Time's the Charm

Diamond Jack's, a victim of the I-44 widening project, is the third tenant of this restaurant building behind McDonalds, Mahogany Prime Steak House, Charleston's, and the former Bennigans at 71st and South Yale Avenue in Tulsa, OK. Diamond Jack's existing business and popular following is likely to make this move the charm for the building.

Making Way for Walgreens

Approval votes were cast by City Councilors to combine lots and create a space for a new Walgreens in Bixby at 151st and Memorial.  Current businesses are relocating and work has begun to prepare for the new Building.  Quiktrip and Sonic changed the intersection when they cleaned up the old buildings and put a new face on the tired corner. The addition of Walgreens will leave only one corner remaining.  The widening of 151st Street east of Memorial will leave only one corner with a pre-2000 building.

Convenience Changes 121st and Memorial

Jiffy Lube opens its newest location at 121st and Memorial just North of the new bank of Oklahoma now under construction.
