Jenks Tiff District Ready to Develop
The prob and north of the Creek Turnpike and the West of the Arkansas river, new development will take place consisting of 350 acres of housing and retail. Attractions will showcase a Bellagio styled fountain the size of a football field acording to City Planner, Mike Tinker.

Memorial Drive, Tulsa - Fitness Drive
It looks like Tulsa, known as one of the nation's fattest cities, will no longer have an excuse to be that way. Another new fitness center has announced it will locate on Memorial. Lifetime Fitness is planning to construct a 160,000 square foot facility in the 106th and Memorial area. Rumor has it locating at the old John Jacobs golf range. Tulsa, once known as a city without fitness centers will soon see more than it's fair share. Memorial is the home of Planet Fitness, Aspen Fitness, a new Gold's Gym (to open in 2008), Body Defined Fitness and The Ice House Fitness Center (Bixby, OK).

CityPlex Towers Outparcels to be Developed
